As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and customers.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their purchases - Process transactions accurately using retail math and cashiering skills - Manage cash and credit card payments - Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures - Operate 10 key typing system to enter customer information into the database Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others - Excellent math skills, including proficiency in retail math - Ability to handle cash management and cashiering duties - Knowledge of 10 key typing system - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
