The main requirement for a Dominos Pizza Customer Representative is to have a positive outgoing personality, a clear and highly energetic voice, and he or she must also be customer service oriented.
CSRs need to speak with customers on the phone and in person all throughout the shift so they must know how to deal with various customer related issues. They must also be well versed when it comes to product details, services, charges, pricing, and other related important information which will be related to customers whenever it is needed.
CSRs will assist in making product according to company standards when not dealing with customers. Ongoing training through the company is available and you will be expected to participate as new training/classes become available.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
